Sudhir Arora, M.D., President

Dr. Arora is a board-certified neuroradiologist with over 40 years of healthcare experience in clinical and managerial roles both in military and private practice settings. He has led the performance of medical, dental, research, and administrative professionals to fill over 3,500 FTE contract requirements for federal customers since 1989. Dr. Arora is a noted authority on medical quality and a co-author of the textbook Total Quality in Radiology: A Guide to Implementation, which U.S. Navy Rear Admiral D.M. Lichtman described as “one of the most quoted and referred to sources in Navy medicine when discussing or teaching the principles of Total Quality Leadership.” The U.S. Small Business Administration named Dr. Arora the Washington, DC region’s 8(a) Graduate of the Year in 2013.

Kamni Arora, Chief Operating Officer

Ms. Arora directs the company’s finance, operations, and contract administration departments. She has been with the company since 1997, beginning first as controller and general manager, and assuming the position of COO in 2006. At The Arora Group, she successfully has directed the implementation of numerous multi-million dollar IDIQ healthcare staffing contracts with the DoD and civilian agencies, including numerous large and complex contracts of over 1,500 FTEs with nationwide services. Previously, Ms. Arora worked in project management roles for over 20 years. Ms. Arora holds a B.S. in computer science from The University of Maryland.

Col John Hill, USAF Ret., FACHE, Vice President, Project Operations

Mr. Hill joined The Arora Group following a 30-year career as an Air Force Medical Service Corps officer that culminated with his final military assignment as Chief of Medical Support Policy & Operations at the Office of the Air Force Surgeon General. Since 2007, he has led Arora’s contract operations and provides direction to the project management, recruiting, and credentialing teams. He has managed program operations on 20 major IDIQ MATO contracts providing services at over 50 separate MTFs from coast to coast and overseas. Mr. Hill has specialized experience in healthcare administration, command, finance, logistics, and contracting. He is a Fellow in the American College of Healthcare Executives and holds an M.B.A. from  California State University, an M.S. from the Air Force Institute of Technology, and an M.A. from Air War College, Air University.

Hon. Sam Arora (Ret.), Vice President & General Counsel

Mr. Arora leads the company’s business development, human resources, recruiting, and legal departments. He previously served as a State Representative in the Maryland General Assembly, prior to which he was a law clerk to the Attorney General of Maryland as well as the U.S. Attorney’s Office. Mr. Arora has also worked as an aide to two U.S. senators and the Democratic National Committee. He was graduated with honors from Columbia University, studied at the University of Oxford, and earned a J.D. from Georgetown University, where his peers elected him president of the student body. He has served as a member of the policymaking body of the American Bar Association and is admitted to the bars of the U.S. Supreme Court and the State of Maryland.
