WASHINGTON, D.C.–Washington-area based The Arora Group this week received a potential nine-year contract to provide healthcare staffing services to U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement residential and detention facilities nationwide under a multiple-award indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity program with a maximum value exceeding $2.6 billion, company CEO Sam Arora announced Thursday.
The contract vehicle is anticipated to provide for on-site medical staffing services for ICE residents and detainees on a 24/7/365 basis in support of the ICE Health Service Corps. The awards come at a time when the agency is contending with significant healthcare worker shortages at many facilities. Work under the contract, if all option periods are exercised, will conclude by August 31, 2032.
