The Arora Group is proud to announce that CEO Sam Arora will serve as Chair of the American Staffing Association (ASA) Health Care Section Council for 2026. Following his service as Acting Chair in 2025, Sam will continue working alongside healthcare staffing leaders across the country to support collaboration, high standards, and shared learning across the industry.
The ASA Health Care Section Council brings together staffing executives and industry stakeholders dedicated to strengthening healthcare staffing and recruiting, an industry that plays a critical role in enabling patient access, supporting clinician careers, and helping healthcare systems remain resilient.
Continuing the Work from 2025 into 2026
Sam’s appointment reflects both continuity and stewardship. In 2025, he served as Acting Chair, helping guide the Council’s priorities and supporting ongoing initiatives. In 2026, as Chair, he will continue to support a practical and outcomes-driven agenda that reflects the realities of today’s healthcare workforce environment.
“The goals of healthcare staffing are ultimately patient access, clinician experience, and ensuring the right care teams are in place when and where they’re needed,” said Arora. “I’m honored to serve as Chair and to work alongside industry peers on issues that truly matter.”
