WASHINGTON, D.C.–The Arora Group received an award from the U.S. Coast Guard to provide medical waiver adjudication support services at the agency’s Accession Service Center, the company announced today.

Under the award, Arora will support the Coast Guard’s review of applicant medical waiver cases and deliver clinically grounded recommendations tied to agency operational requirements. The work is intended to help CGASC improve the accuracy, timeliness, and consistency of medical waiver adjudications for enlisted, officer, and reserve applicants.
Performance will begin April 27, 2026, with a one-year base period and four option years extending through April 26, 2031, if all options are exercised.
The award adds to Arora’s performance on a nine-year multiple-award medical staffing contract as well as its work supporting the recruitment arms of agencies including the U.S. Navy and the U.S. Air Force.
